Qualify as a civil and commercial mediator with our 40-hour professional mediator training course. CMC, IMI, CIArb and Bar Council approved. If you can't take 5 days out, have a look at the modular route which allows you to do Modules 1,2, and 3 to suit your diary. Post completion, we also offer a specialist Workplace day and advanced skills courses.

Introduction: Module 1

LSM's Module 1 is the foundation course for your full accredited mediator qualification. Also recommended as a one-day introduction for anyone new to mediation.
Core Skills: Module 2
- £878 + VAT
With LSM's Module 2 you will learn core skills for mediation, as part of your full accredited mediator qualification. This Module is a two-day course and follows Module 1.
Assessment: Module 3
- £878 + VAT
Module 3 is available to those who have completed Module 1 and 2 building on those days and incorporates the assessment phase. Successful completion results in full accreditation.

This advanced course for qualified mediators covers the theory and practice principles of transformative mediation.
Workplace and Employment
- £400 + VAT
LSM's popular 8 hour workplace conversion course is for qualified civil/commercial mediators looking to develop critical, practical workplace and employment mediation skills. The course provides 6 CPD hours.
CPD Days
- £250 + VAT
Mediators need CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for fluency and consolidation, but also skills development. This course offers your annual CPD requirement. We include new role plays, a news round up and a confidential case clinic providing a chance to raise and discuss your concerns with the group.

Workplace Certificate
This 3 day course for HR professionals, managers, key staff and business owners provides delegates with the skills to mediate a wide range of workplace disputes and also to use the mediator skills to prevent conflict situations from escalating. This course certifies mediators to mediate disputes within their organisation.

Overseas Courses
LSM has delivered high quality mediation training to international lawyers, Judiciary, groups and organisations around the world.
Our courses have been run in The Netherlands, Grand Cayman, Turkey, India, Bahamas, New Zealand, Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands, Sweden, Ireland and Belgium. We have worked with international lawyers, Judiciary, engineers, insurers and construction companies.
We are able to provide either an in-house or an open course where there is a minimum of 10 delegates. These courses can be either standard or bespoked so that the training is as relevant as possible to your needs.
