Individual Reflective Practice and Development Session

Mediation can be a solitary profession and as such it is important to have in place a system of reflective practice, mentoring and peer support.

LSM recognises the importance of this and offers individual mentoring to those who have successfully completed the 5 day accredited mediation course with LSM.

The mentoring and coaching process requires the mediator to complete a Reflective Practice Form. This will be passed to one of the LSM Faculty who will then arrange a mutually convenient time for a ZOOM call.

The Zoom call will be for one hour and will be completely confidential. It will consist of a discussion based on the mediator's Reflective Practice form with mediation coaching around the matters raised therein. The session will also include the completion of an Individual Developmemt Plan (IDP). This will allow the mediator to focus on what they need to do in order to further develop their skills and practice.

When purchasing this product, you will need to provide evidence of the following:
1. Completion of an LSM accredited mediation course
2. Current insurance certificate
3. Evidence of current CPD

LSM will be able to provide a certificate of confirmation that you have engaged in a formal reflective practice session.
