Michelle is the Director of Business Administration here at the London School of Mediation having been involved in the business since 2010. She is likely to be the first voice you will hear when calling and can assist you with any type of enquiry. 

She is happy to discuss our courses, your booking and any other queries you may have, as well as in-house training and bespoke courses.  Michelle is also there for any mediation needs you may have. 

Located in Yorkshire, and having worked alongside Judith for over 18 years, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and Yorkshire charm.
