CMC UK Conference 2019

Our Director Tessa Herman was delighted to have been invited to present at the CMS UK conference 2019 in Leeds on 26 November.  She delivered a practical session on how mediation skills can be of use to case managers and other professionals which was well received. A special thank you to Karen Burgin, member of CMS UK’s board but also an LSM alumni for giving her view how our course has helped her in her many roles.
