People working for charities are highly committed and passionate, however, difficult situations can arise out of the complex relationships between volunteers, staff, trustees and charity users.  These disagreements can easily escalate into major disputes,  which have the potential to be financially costly for a charity but can also lead to personal stress and upset for those involved.

Mediation is a great way to resolve such disputes and this course will enable delegates to utilise mediation skills to de-escalate problems before they take hold.  Delegates will also be equipped to mediate as an accredited mediator – potentially adding value to their charity’s offerings to the wider community.

The course is fully accredited. LSM is a Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Registered mediation training provider and is also recognised by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) as a Course Provider.
