Tina Kumar-Jacob

Professional

Tina is a practising Barrister, based in London.  Her main area of practice is Civil Litigation, more specifically areas of Law relating to Property, Insolvency, Contract, Defamation, Costs.  Tina has extensive advocacy experience ranging from appearing in cases in the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court and the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

In the past, she has also dealt with areas of Law relating to Personal Injury, Inquests, Employment, which has given her the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with a broad range of matters, legal issues and clientele at all levels.

Tina is a trained Mediator and has the ability to deal with a range of areas of law, including but not limited to:-

Property, neighbour and boundary disputes
Civil and commercial litigation
Contractual disputes
Insurance
Professional negligence
Partnership, family business and company
Legal costs
She is also part of the faculty at LSM (London School of Mediation), in the teaching and assessment departments.
