Sarah Clover

Sarah qualified as an accredited mediator with the London School of Mediation in 2011.

Sarah has extensive experience of mediation across a wide range of her practice areas, including licensing, planning, environmental issues, educational issues and commercial disputes. As well as private mediations between individual participants, Sarah’s experience includes public challenges to local authority decisions; local community challenges to a national company, and disciplinary issues between local authority members and their Authority.

Sarah was also trained and employed for many years as a mediator with Mediation Works, to conduct statutory mediations in the sphere of Special Educational Needs, between families and Local Authorities.

Sarah was the Specialist Adviser to the House of Lords Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003, and is Vice-Chairman and  adviser to LILAR ( Leaders in Licensing and Regulation) who inform the Home Office on issues concerning mediation in Licensing.

Sarah is on the faculty of the London School of Mediation
