The training will be provided by internationally-renowned, highly-experienced tutors, combining classroom and extensive practical sessions, workshops, mentoring and a written examination to help you qualify as a professional mediator. It provides a unique opportunity for delegates to engage in cross-cultural dialogue. By way of example, one of our courses was attended by delegates from the British Virgin Islands to South Korea.

We combine dedicated online theory training, online practical role play, immersive learning, and workshop sessions to bring your meditation course to life. You will train with highly-experienced leaders and benefit from our optimised 1:6 tutor to delegate ratio for personalised learning. Every course is tailored for each unique group of delegates to best support your individual training needs. Our accredited mediator course includes a full, independent assessment, personal mentoring, written examination and practical assessment, helping you to achieve recognised accreditation as a mediator in just 40 hours.
What skills will I learn?
You will receive expert training in the theoretical and practical skills you will need to be a professional mediator.
At the end of the course you should be able to:
Manage the mediation process effectively;
Develop and refine questioning techniques;
Develop and refine negotiation skills;
Move beyond intractability;
Settle disputes and conflicts effectively;
Encourage participants through neutral language towards settlement;
Transform the way you and others communicate verbally and non-verbally.
