If purchasing a package of 6 hours you can select any combination of online courses that qualify for CPD to get your annual certificate for CPD. The courses will re-run at regular intervals.

During this pandemic, mediators have had to become more flexible with how mediations are conducted - online mediations have become the new norm. The take up rate is high as is the success rate. This will inevitably mean online mediation is not going to be limited to lockdown but will continue to be used moving forward.
