Philip is a highly motivated, commercially focussed individual with strong people skills and broad experience gained in Private Practice, in management and HR positions and in a part-time Judicial role.
Philip is a practising solicitor with over 25 years experience in dealing with Dispute Resolution and contentious employment work. He is an experienced advocate in the County Court and in the Employment Tribunal.
In 2005, Philip was appointed as a Deputy District Judge and is experienced in dealing with both Civil and Family cases.
In March 2016, Philip established his own business offering Legal Consultancy Services to those requiring specialist dispute resolution and employment advice and services. He continues to support his own clients as a Director of a niche Commercial and Dispute Resolution Practice.
Philip has been a keen advocate of mediation in his own cases and now offers his services as a Mediator alongside his own client work, his part-time Judicial role and specialist legal consultation services. Having completed his training with London School of Mediation he has extended his offering to include workplace mediation.
Philip prides himself on his empathy, thoroughness and attention to detail. He is always well prepared and is focused on the importance of finding pragmatic and cost effective solutions.
